Rosacea, what to use and not to use

I have Rosacea and was diagnosed for it several years ago. What does anyone here use for it? I use Cereva for Sensitive skin. And if I can afford it Clinique Redness Solutions.

Re: Rosacea, what to use and not to use

I have rosacea, diagnosed about 9 years ago. I do use Finacea topical every other day to keep the texture and redness at bay. For cleansing, I use Cerave Hydrating Cleanser though I might need to use a makeup remover or micellar water to remove mascara. For daytime moisturizer, I've been liking the First Aid Beauty Facial Moisturizer. It's lightweight and yet hydrating. I haven't really found my HG night moisturizer. Right now, I'm using Avene Hydrance Light. It feels good on my skin and doesn't aggravate the rosacea.

AnteAGE claims to cure rosacea but it's very expensive. Maybe you could just get a sample to try? They claim almost immediate results.

Hylamide Booster Sensitive Fix (from Deciem) might be a better option, it might take care of the redness at a reasonable price. I think Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Re.Pair Serum is about the same. That one you can buy at Sephora, it's more expensive.

I have all these things but I don't have rosacea, I have very delicate skin that reddens easily. I was diagnosed with rosacea once but I was using one of those Clarisonic-type brushes, every day, very harshly, until I'd practically taken my skin off. Now I understand that any mechanical exfoliation isn't right for me, it tears my skin. You are very wise to treat your skin as sensitive, I wish I'd figured that out sooner. I got caught up in the harsh exfoliation era (I think we're coming to the end of that now).

RE: Rosacea, what to use and not to use

Hi! I have Rosacea as well and after using CeraVe for years, I have recently discovered Juara rice facial cleanser. I am in love!! It's gentle but really effective. My face feels soft and soothed.
