Retinol - acne prone skin

If any one could give me some advice?? I’m looking into purchasing The Ordinary Retinol and reading the reviews on the texture of this product. I want it mainly because my forehead has a lot of fine lines but is also the most oiliest spot on my face and most acne prone.. has anyone had the same problem and purchase something less oily? Or what were the side affects and did they last?!
