Redness on smile lines?

I've been having this weird redness and somewhat rough texture along my smile lines for a few months now and I've tried both acne treatments (thinking that was the cause as I have very oily skin) and intense moisturizing. It started back in February, hasn't gone away, and is way more prominent on Zoom than in the picture, unfortunately. Any ideas on whats going on or products to try??

@sindarinnn   That looks like perioral dermatitis or rosacea.  It’s extremely common.  I would get in to see a dermatologist to confirm but at such an early stage it’s generally easy to manage.  Gentle cleanser,  using sunscreen and avoiding general triggers such as heat, perfume, alcohol, wind  and sun should help heal a flare up and avoid future ones.  Everyone has different triggers but those are some of the more common ones.  maybe read up to see if your symptoms are in line with rosacea.
