Redness in the cheeks after turning 30

I used to have a pretty bullet-proof complexion in my 20s. I went to bed with my makeup on more times than I'm proud of, and it seemed like my skin would stand up to any product.

After turning 30, something seems to have changed. I now have red, bumpy skin on my cheeks that seems to get worse in cold, dry weather. Any suggestions on gentle cleansers and/or moisturizers? Or maybe something calming that I can apply just to the redness? Anyone else experience a total change in your skin after you turned 30?

@ContouringinTX Something similar happened to me. Mine was eczema and ended up getting so bad I got a steroid shot to calm it. Aveeno has lotions specifically for eczema and that helped me keep from having a reoccurrence. This year I started using drunk elephant marula facial oil and it’s been great too.  Good luck. It’s weird to go from being fine in the winter and then suddenly having that happen.

If you think it’s eczema, go to a Dr if it starts getting too bad. I waited too long and ended up with some scaring. It’s faded some but still noticeable.
