Help!! Can anyone suggest an oil or cleanser etc to help with the redness on my face !!

A great cleanser for what you are looking for is the Skin Fix Barrier Oil Foaming Cleanser. Skin Fix is a clean at sephora brand. It also helps with redness and dryness in the skin. The cleanser has a creamy consistency. One pump and water does the trick.  Face feels clean and not stripped.

Is the redness due to senstivity? Dryness? Just a general redness to the skintone?

For any or all of the above, a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil would be a good choice. 

For a general redness, you might want to try Dr. Jart+ Cicapair™ Tiger Grass Cream 

For sensitivity - the LaRoche-Posay Toleriane line is good.

For redness due to dryness, the Dr. Jart Cica items are good, as is the LANEIGE Cica Sleeping Mask , A lower-priced option is the LaRoche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5.
