Post-acne bumps

Hi, how can I get rid of leftover bumps from pimples on my face? I am not sure why I am getting them, as I never squeeze or scratch any pimples and regularly cleanse/exfoliate. I have some on my cheek (as show in the image) and nose. Also, do they ever disappear without treatment?

Try paulas choice aha bha exfoliate or use acne treatments creams
