Please help with my routine!

I’ve read some threads here but I’m totally overwhelmed. I have oily combo skin; early 30s. 

I’ve been using Ole Henriksen oil balancing cleanser, toner and truth serum mini, and banana bright eyes cream. I also use the ordinary nyacinamide. 

I do the same thing day and night. 

im happy with the truth serum and banana bright. 

but my skin is still oily along my T zone and it’s driving me crazy. 

i also have those tiny clear bumps but the nyacinamide isn’t helping. 

my skin is sensitive and acne prone. 

I don’t want to pay a fortune but I will spend more for a good product. 

any help is greatly appreciated!

@KehDee For my oily skin, I love Kate Somerville EradiKate Daily Cleanser 4 oz/ 120 mL , but another great option is the Cerave Salicylic Acid cleanser, which you can buy at the drugstore!
