Pimples/Bumps in eyebrows?!

Hello Skincare Junkies! Lately I've noticed that I've been getting what seems to look like under pimples all over my eyebrow areas. I don't wear any makeup products often in my brows so I really don't know what it could be!! A little background on my skin is that I have combination to dry skin. Any help would be appreciated!!

Waxing can cause this. But for me it was eczema.

I stated getting them after getting my eyebrows threaded. They take forever to go away too. I've been using micellar water every night and they've shrunk.

Hie I get them sometimes too.. But I have noticed that It happens to me only when I have little dandruff. in ahort if my scalp becomes flaky , these  bumps appear on my forehead and eyebrows.. Tiny stuff but they r there.. Sometimes even big ones..

I sometimes get them after I wax them.

What do you do or what do you use? Because im 14 and this is my furst time getting them waxed and bumps appeared a day later. I got them done Saturday.
