New to skin care

Hello everyone! I’m new to skin care, as I’m going into my 30s I’m noticing some fine lines and under eye problem areas. My face has also been a problem since my later 20s and into my 30s. I don’t ever do anything other than a wash right now I’m using neostrata but no change in acene. I have oily but sometimes dry skin and combination

A gentle cleanser and moisturizer will suffice. Make sure to use spf 30+ everyday regardless of weather. Best thing for your skin would be to add a retinol in your routine.
