Moisturizers for oily prone and acne prone skin

Hey! Looking for a moisturizer that has a matte or normal finish (no glowy please! too humid where i live) and is good for acne prone skin or skin with slight acne. I have normal skin, but due to the humidity in my country and school air it ends up being oily sometimes. Thanks so much for help!! (p.s also would prefer a moisturizer between $0 - $50!!) 💖
