Milia Treatment & Dark Spot Remedy

I have read all related Milia treatment, prevention, and eye product recommendation from sephora past posts. I started have milia when I started using makeup (foundation, powder) and eye cream around 25. Previously, I did not use makeup and eye cream. Then when I found out milia were built up around 28, I stopped using any makeup foundation, blush, powder, etc. So I could not tell which one cause me having milia. Now I am 30+. I still use eye cream.I apply sunscreen almost everyday. I do not know if I should use sunscreen under eye or not. 

There are several reasons causing milia

- Heavy use of eye cream

- Mineral oil based eye cream

-Makeup

There are several solutions based on previous post, and I do not know which I should choose. Or which ingredient is priority to reduce milia size...

- Glycolic Acid

- Mineral Oil free

- Retinol

In the past year, I used these below as sunscreen

- Laura Mercier foundation primer SPF 30 sunscreen

- Shiseido Oil Free SPF 42

-Josie Maran Argan Daily Moisturizer SPF 47

- Lancome Cream or Estee Launder Cream )SPF 15 (used only for winter/autumn)

I used Lancome Genifuque Yeux or Estee Lauder several eye cream in the past two years.

So can anyone suggest any product or see which product I used may not a good fit for my eye issue.

And also what do you recommend for the dark spot around cheekbone?! I need several recommendation.

Find a qualified aesthetician (or dermatologist) who can remove your milia. It's quite quick and it takes them a very long time to come back, if they come back at all.
