This year is going to be a little different - simplified. Easy. Every month will have a new theme, and that's it. Feel free to join in whenever and wherever. Most importantly - have fun!

Spring Fling - Baskets and bouquets, showers of much-anticipated rain...this month's focus is herbal and floral sensory delights 💮

January	Fresh Starts - Time for a re-set, or morning masking? However you see it, this month is all about new beginnings.
February	Winter Love - Whether it's a mask you adore, or something extra-special to care for dry winter skin, this month is for some soothing TLC.
March	March Madness - Competition is in the air! Find a $ dupe of a $$$ mask that is share-worthy? Or find a dupe that works even better than the original? Details, please!
April	Spring Fling - Baskets and bouquets, showers of much-anticipated rain...this month's focus is herbal and floral sensory delights.
May	Dew Drops - May Day lore says to wash your face in the dew you collect in the morning of the first day of May for radiant skin. This month is for absorbing all of that good-for-you H2O.
June	Summer Sunshine - Ice cream, sunglasses, SPF, check! Once the sun is down (or before it's up), extra care is most necessary. How do you give your skin cooling repair?

@itsfi Thanks for the heads up! International shipping is such a drag - I've bought things from China and the UK that have taken 2-3 months to arrive..... I've forgotten about things I've ordered too 😐

@Shosh85, yep! Orders this time of year also have a tendency to be delayed. There’s always a long pause when I receive something from overseas and I think “uh oh, I don’t remember ordering anything.” 🤔 😂

@quspork, I really wanted a “good reason” to use the chocolate lip mask. I forgot to reach for it when I used the Lovinah chocolate mask, and wasn’t sure if I should just use the lip mask and eat a bunch of chocolate treats while doing so. 😂 I mean, I would do it; don’t get me wrong. Just wasn’t sure that was the best thing to do. 😉

Y is for Yadah

Yadah Red Energy Mask

Material:

Bright red foil

Serum:

Clear, slightly viscous

Scent:

Light ginseng scent that was barely noticeable while the mask was on

Fit:

Too long at the chin and forehead, not wide enough by the ears and the mouth hole was a little too small. Like most foil masks the adherence wasn't great and the mask would slide around if I moved my mouth around

Wear Time:

Half hour

Tack:

Very light and stuck around for only a few minutes

Results:

Super soft and smooth skin that looked noticeably brighter and felt comfortably hydrated

Repurchase?

Well, I'm a little torn. I'm really not a fan of foil masks because of how uncomfortable they are due to adherence issues - but I really loved the results. So, I'd probably repurchase, but probably just wait for a sale

Sounds great!! I think the benefits are always a pusher for me, shoot, you could even use the serum by itself without the mask,, I've done that a few times recently @Shosh85

@lmaster Yeah, for sure! I've done that with some masks I knew had a terrible fit but a great serum, like from The Creme Shop - I just squeezed out as much as I could from the mask! 🙌

@ather Yup, I've never been too crazy about foil masks, but I do think it's one of the better ones. 😃

@sister13  They're always super pretty, they just don't usually stay on your face well - especially if you're walking around with it on, which I am almost always doing when I mask 😉

i feel the same way you did, the results were nice but it was so uncomfortable I’m not at all sure it was worth it. I don’t think I’d use this again, there’s other good masks that are more comfy.

@Kim888  Yup, I agree! I think if I ever get another foil mask, I'll just have to be sure I can lay down for it - otherwise it's just obnoxious 😬
