This year is going to be a little different - simplified. Easy. Every month will have a new theme, and that's it. Feel free to join in whenever and wherever. Most importantly - have fun!

Spring Fling - Baskets and bouquets, showers of much-anticipated rain...this month's focus is herbal and floral sensory delights 💮

Hahaha; right @lmaster?! I didn’t realize it was limited edition when I picked it up. 😔 Otherwise, I would have put it to use right away. Lesson learned.

Think week I used two masks of my choice.

1. Exuviance Intensive Eye Treatment Masque. This contains Lactobionic Acid which is supposedly to stimulate cell renewal and support the cell matrix.  
The package contained 2 eye masks that fit well under my eyes.  There was a decent amount of clear serum on each pad.  I left them on for 10 minutes.  At the end of this time I took them off.  By then they were both very dry.  I guess my skin absorbed all of the serum.  Unfortunately it left a tacky feeling under my eyes.  And it was still tacky the next am.  But I really didn’t see any plumping or extra hydration in my under eye.  
This came in a package of 5.  I won’t be using the others nor repurchasing them.

2. Miss Spa Rose Stem Cell Renewal Sheet Mask.  Rose extracts inside the mask which are to inside the skin with antioxidants that help boost cell vitality.  At least, according  to the package .  
The foil package included one mask with a paper backing. It was very wet.  While putting it on my face it ripped in the chin area.  Then while adjusting it, it ripped in the temple area.  I was able to approximate the edges and it stayed together for the 30 minutes recommended.  After it was adjusted I think it fit my face.  There was more serum in the package so I added that it the mask once it was on my face.  The mask was still very wet when I removed it after 30 minutes.  
There was a light rose scent which was pleasant.  
My face was very moist so I had to let the rest of the serum absorb before using my nighttime moisturizer.  

My skin was soft and smooth after the serum was absorbed.  I bought two of these so I have another.  I would repurchase this mask.

@Cissy63 those eye masks sound like they did not quite live up to expectation. I am sorry they were so lackluster, thankfully the rose mask was much better!

@Cissy63, the sheet mask sounds good. Delicate but good. I haven’t seen this rose stem cell “flavor” but will keep an eye out for it.

@Cissy63   Oh wow it dried out AND left you tacky overnight??  😬  yeah when the tacky feeling persists that long it’s just unpleasant. If it stays tacky that long it’s usually borderline sticky and I can’t deal with that.  
I’m glad the other one worked out for you though! I think I’ve seen that brand around somewhere and overlooked it so if I see it again I’ll need to pick one up to try.

@heartsmyface  Thank you.  None of my prior eye masks have left me with that tacky feeling. I am not using it again. For the face I will just need to be careful unfolding the next one!

I found a pile of masks that I had meant to declutter which somehow ended up stuffed in a bag in my closet.  Sigh, here I am going through the bag and giving things a second chance.  haha,  this is why I need to get things out the door as soon as humanly possible. Everything feels new again so there’s a bonus! 

I just used Juice Beauty Bamboo Pore Refining Mask and omg!  It goes on creamy and black and doesn’t completely dry down but I did feel some tightness at the end of my 20 minute session.  After I rinsed it off my skin felt so smooth and balanced!!!!  The lactic and tartaric acids really did their job!   My skin looks so smooth and fresh!!    I had previously taken one look at its black color and had assumed it was drying charcoal and I wouldn’t be using it.  I’m happy to say I have two deluxe samples of this.  i think I would actually buy the full size of this but let’s see where I’m at when the second deluxe sample is used up.  😉 
I had lined up a hydrating mask for afterwards just in case but I think I’ll save it for tonight.
