This year is going to be a little different - simplified. Easy. Every month will have a new theme, and that's it. Feel free to join in whenever and wherever. Most importantly - have fun!

Spring Fling - Baskets and bouquets, showers of much-anticipated rain...this month's focus is herbal and floral sensory delights 💮

@Weetart, so good to see you here! 😃  I think I may have a couple DS of thIs mask as part of an Ulta GWP. Good to know about the scent and that it’s not drying. Did you experience any other noticeable results from the mask, like brightening or hydrating?

@itsfi I wish I could tell you if it was brightening. I really can't tell, like seriously, my current baseline there is no brighter I can get. lol (I'll post a picture of it for you in my upcoming post). Probably because of my skin texture afterward was smooth and even.

As for hydrating, I will say, a slight yes, because typically clarifying masks dry out my skin (with the exception of PTR). After using it my skin felt like I just put a hydrating primer on.

These were for open week and masks that make you hungry but I'm not certain my husband will admit that last one. LOL.

HE SAID: First time with snails and this has caviar too? I'm not fancy. This sounds too fancy for me. 

He did use it and he actually liked it.

SHE SAID: My favorite of the three I tried. 

SHE SAID: I could use this every day when it's cold outside.HE SAID: Used this after a flight and I have to say my skin felt less rough than like it usually feels. This might be my travel mask. 

SHE SAID: Wait, your travel mask? Weren't you the same person who said he wasn't fancy?

HE SAID: That was the caviar in the other mask. This is just snails. The fancy quotient isn't as high. 

There you have it. LOL. These were really good. I used another one, a brightening one, but my husband did not, opting instead to just stick with this escargot and hyaluronic acid one. In his words, "when I find something I like, I just stick with it." Thank you very much for sharing these @itsfi; for the fancy mask and his newfound travel mask.

@missy94612, lol; I always get a good chuckle reading your and your husband’s thoughts on the masks you use. These elensilia masks are nice ones; yay for trying out a snail mask! 🐌

I used a snail and honey one from this company and it was pretty nice. My skin felt supple and softened.

Oh gosh this LeahLani Mermaid mask is glorious!  It’s thick and tarry in the pot and you scoop a bit and add some water to emulsify it and apply.  I didn't grab the full tablespoon it suggested and maybe used a nickel sized amount to get what I’m wearing in the photo . It smells sweet and citrusy?  Fruit loopy?  It doesn’t dry down completely which I appreciate.  I love that it contains actual mineral rich soil and honey.  My skin feels so balanced afterward.  I like this one a lot!  Thanks @CookieGirl1  for turning me onto this one!   I followed it with the Bless beauty balm which smells sooooo similar to Aerin Lilac Path which makes me very happy as it’s one of my favourite scents.  
Ha i look tired in this photo.  I just did a contrast hydrotherapy treatment (gosh was that unpleasant) with the aim of improving my circulation.  it just made me sleepy.

@heartsmyface @Lilac path is one of my favorite scents too!! I will have to check out that beauty balm!!!! 

i need to give this mask another try! Everyone I’ve seen review it here always loves but I tried a sample a while ago and I wasn’t super impressed if memory serves !

@Kim888  I think you’d love the beauty balm if you have dry skin, love the scent of lilacs.  I personally can’t wait to use it again which is a pleasant situation to be in but the fragrance isn’t for the fragrance adverse:D 

Ohhh, interesting.  Maybe you didn’t need clarifying at the time?  It may make a difference that I used it after a particularly sweaty day in the garden.  It did mention it’s a clarifying mask so the expectation for moisture wasn’t there and the balanced skin was what impressed me the most!

@heartsmyface, it smells like Fruit Loops? How interesting! I like the sound of it containing honey and not drying down. 😃 If that’s a nickel size of product, a little does go a long way!

@itsfi Yeah! It was a pleasant surprise cause i was expecting a more earthy fragrance given its sea-swampy greenish hue.   

I didn’t read the instructions thoroughly and applied it intuitively.  A whole tablespoon seems like it would be very thick but I will try that soon to see if it makes any difference.
