Hello Lovelies! As we make our resolutions and check them twice, I thought we could start a skincare version of the Weekly Challenge. Many of us wanted to use more masks, shop our stash and focus on our Skin so hopefully this thread will be an inspiration to do just that. Join us with pictures and comments down below.

Masking Spreadsheet Info

Hello every, @eshoe and I are very happy to present the BIC Masking Challenge Spreadsheet. The idea is to have an easily searchable database of masks and reviews as a reference point when we are considering our next purchase. Data integrity was important to us so instead of everyone inputing data directly into the spreadsheet where theoretically information could be deleted or edited we have the questionnaire. It should take no longer then 1-2 minutes with the option for a more detailed review (which you can copy from your post on this thread).

Remember the idea is not to replace this thread. I personally love reading, commenting and interacting with all you amazing women here and that shouldn’t change. This would just be on top of that. Hopefully the more people that partake in this, the larger database of information we’ll have for reference. It will be extra effort in the beginning but then we would only need to input any new mask we’ve tried.

Since we aren’t allowed to post links, please PM or myself for it. You will also find this information on the original post so you don’t need a database to search for this post!

 Incase you need some help to filter/search results, try this :-

Search Specific Word or Phrase —> Edit -> Find and Replace -> Search Word

Filter/Organize by Columns --> Data -> Create a Filter -> Select Options
 

There are 2 ways to edit a response: 

1) Once you have completed a survey, click on the "Edit Your Response" link on that page. Once this page is closed, the only way to make a change is to:

Each week there will be a new Masking Challenge posted. It will range from type of mask, brand specific week or fun challenges along the way.

Choose mask, take picture (with mask on or before), place mask on face, relax and dream of the next Sephora purchase you want to make, remove mask for healthier skin.

Sunday masking- my typical exfoliation/unclogging with Sephora polishing mask, biore strip & lush bubblegum lip scrub, I suppose the polishing mask counts as a least expensive (version) of PTR peeling gel which is my HG!! Lol Monday I used the Mario Badescu almond & honey face scrub which is nice and very gentle as far as exfoliation, the honey is nourishing and moisturizing at the same time not that I leave it on my skin long but that’s better than drying to me! I followed up with origins ginzing peel off mask which I liked the DS size I received as a sample but I don’t think I would repurchase as far as peel off masks go I prefer boscia for that ill deep clean! I also used my HG patchology lip gel for some hydration in my lips! And DE glycolic night serum overnight (also HG). Tonight I just used my lush just to clarify and I’m throwing on earth therapeutics green tea eye masks for some calming and hydration. Also trying elite acne treatment dots for a few pesky zits- I’ll report back on those! Happy almost hump day friends!!

Oooh, the Mario Badescu face scrub sounds wonderful @SAlyFitz!  I didn't know MB made a honey and almond scrub.  Are there granules or pieces that perform the exfoliating function? If so, how big are the granules / exfoliating bits?

Sparse small almond pieces and the exfoliation is so gentle but I’m enjoying it as an every other day gentle exfoliation the formula seems to keep moisture in well

Not following the rules. I was a bit bummed that I didnt get the new Ren packaging mask. But then I was happy cause we're reuniteeeed and it feels so good ❤

Some cleansing with YTTP first, then ❤Ren❤ followed by DE. YTTP and DE started as samples then i loved them so i bought em.

Now this is a skincare lineup I’m so excited to see @GG84! The YTTP cleanser is such a great one. It works so well, smells delicious, and the pump is so convenient! I’m also glad to see you love Lala as well, it’s my HG moisturizer and the only one I don’t have to do a double or tripple layer of. 

I haven’t tried that Ren radiance renewal mask yet though, it looks like it would be nice to have in my masking collection along with their Evercalm mask 😍

 I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Ren Radiance Renewal Mask. Oh man I'm so happy it's back in stock!!!!! Any texture you have is wiped away with this guy. My skin is insanely smooth. It says to leave on for 10 mins, I leave it on for an hour and don't experience any redness or irritation from it - just the smoothest skin possible.
