Hello Lovelies! As we make our resolutions and check them twice, I thought we could start a skincare version of the Weekly Challenge. Many of us wanted to use more masks, shop our stash and focus on our Skin so hopefully this thread will be an inspiration to do just that. Join us with pictures and comments down below.

Masking Spreadsheet Info

Hello every, @eshoe and I are very happy to present the BIC Masking Challenge Spreadsheet. The idea is to have an easily searchable database of masks and reviews as a reference point when we are considering our next purchase. Data integrity was important to us so instead of everyone inputing data directly into the spreadsheet where theoretically information could be deleted or edited we have the questionnaire. It should take no longer then 1-2 minutes with the option for a more detailed review (which you can copy from your post on this thread).

Remember the idea is not to replace this thread. I personally love reading, commenting and interacting with all you amazing women here and that shouldn’t change. This would just be on top of that. Hopefully the more people that partake in this, the larger database of information we’ll have for reference. It will be extra effort in the beginning but then we would only need to input any new mask we’ve tried.

Since we aren’t allowed to post links, please PM or myself for it. You will also find this information on the original post so you don’t need a database to search for this post!

 Incase you need some help to filter/search results, try this :-

Search Specific Word or Phrase —> Edit -> Find and Replace -> Search Word

Filter/Organize by Columns --> Data -> Create a Filter -> Select Options
 

There are 2 ways to edit a response: 

1) Once you have completed a survey, click on the "Edit Your Response" link on that page. Once this page is closed, the only way to make a change is to:

Choose mask, take picture (with mask on or before), place mask on face, relax and dream of the next Sephora purchase you want to make, remove mask for healthier skin.

@jen81  I'm glad you liked these! I've heard great reviews on the Korres Mask! I've never tried it, only because it's not for my skin type, but it does sound lovely! 🤗

I love that Hello, Calm mask! It works great! I just wish it didn't leave a green cast behind – does it do that for you? I am ghostly pale, so that might have something to do with it. Haha! It feels so good though! 👍

@Shosh85 the korres is for oily/ combo I think. I am more normal/dry but I find it’s great for my t zone . I only leave on for 5 min so I like it for a quick masking session to refine the pores. I am ghostly pale also. I haven’t noticed a green tint after removing I will pay more attention next time. I tend to get a bit flushed at times like when hot, etc so maybe it will cancel that out 😊

Friday I usedOMOROVICZA - Ultramoor Mud Mask then yesterday SUMMER FRIDAYS - R + R Mask

The sample I received was great! It definitely is not like any other mud mask I've tried. I personally felt a cooling sensation, and as it dried it was not as uncomfortable as other mud masks. The scent was pleasant as well. After rinsing off my skin was soft and my pores looked less noticable, so this is an A for me. I will definitely purchase. Yesterday I tried

YAY! Glad you like the Omorovicza @lmaster!!!  Is the scent from the Summer Fridays super strong? How does it compare scent wise to the rose mask from Fresh? I can handle that one even if I don't like it all that much. 😄

@veronika23  if you can handle the fresh mask, I'm pretty confident you could handle the r&r mask from Summer Fridays. I was just telling @eshoe earlier, at first I couldn't think of a good comparable mask, then I decided to use my perricone cocoa moisture mask, and two different scents, but the exfoliation on both were extremely gentle and both left the same hydrating feeling on the skin after rinsing. Maybe the R&R has a tad bit more oil that makes your skin feel soft and hydrated beyond works

Oh what great mask choices @lmaster! The new Summer Fridays mask sounds so nice. Did it also exfoliate your skin? Just wondering about the tiny beads in the mask.

@itsfi it did, the most gentle exfoliation I've tried, the oil in this mask, makes it so easy to not over exfoliate, which I love about it

I'm hoping a sale happens sometime soon, 'cause I really want that Summer Friday's mask, but don't want to pay full price for it! I really like their Overtime mask and this sounds like it'll be just as good! Thanks for your reviews on these! 🙌
