Hello Lovelies! As we make our resolutions and check them twice, I thought we could start a skincare version of the Weekly Challenge. Many of us wanted to use more masks, shop our stash and focus on our Skin so hopefully this thread will be an inspiration to do just that. Join us with pictures and comments down below.

Masking Spreadsheet Info

Hello every, @eshoe and I are very happy to present the BIC Masking Challenge Spreadsheet. The idea is to have an easily searchable database of masks and reviews as a reference point when we are considering our next purchase. Data integrity was important to us so instead of everyone inputing data directly into the spreadsheet where theoretically information could be deleted or edited we have the questionnaire. It should take no longer then 1-2 minutes with the option for a more detailed review (which you can copy from your post on this thread).

Remember the idea is not to replace this thread. I personally love reading, commenting and interacting with all you amazing women here and that shouldn’t change. This would just be on top of that. Hopefully the more people that partake in this, the larger database of information we’ll have for reference. It will be extra effort in the beginning but then we would only need to input any new mask we’ve tried.

Since we aren’t allowed to post links, please PM or myself for it. You will also find this information on the original post so you don’t need a database to search for this post!

 Incase you need some help to filter/search results, try this :-

Search Specific Word or Phrase —> Edit -> Find and Replace -> Search Word

Filter/Organize by Columns --> Data -> Create a Filter -> Select Options
 

There are 2 ways to edit a response: 

1) Once you have completed a survey, click on the "Edit Your Response" link on that page. Once this page is closed, the only way to make a change is to:

Each week there will be a new Masking Challenge posted. It will range from type of mask, brand specific week or fun challenges along the way.

Choose mask, take picture (with mask on or before), place mask on face, relax and dream of the next Sephora purchase you want to make, remove mask for healthier skin.

Definitely give it a try @eshoe!  This purifying one impressed me and I'm interested in trying out the hydrating one as well. The cooling effect of this mask was a nice surprise.

Especially with summer right now, @itsfi. I have my Farmacy Honey Potion far back in my masking drawer for now, I can’t bear to use it in this heat!

It was a very surprising find for me, and the price can't be beat! Seeing these posts makes me wanna run to CVS.  I think I'll have to make a stop off tomorrow 😀

The Neutrogena was a surprise success!  Def keep an eye out for it.  I think it got mine at CVS if memory serves, but it seems like most drugstores are upping their skincare game, especially masks, so I bet any major pharmacy would have this brand @SchylarR

I have noticed a lot more beauty products in general coming to both Walgreens and CVS! I really hope they continue to add more, as I get points for my prescriptions which basically end up resulting in free beauty products! 🙂 Yay! @RachFace2921

I got a boat load of Walgreens points that I have no clue what to do with so maaaybe this will be a possibility!!! 🙂 Ooooo... ideas. @itsfi

@SchylarR, walgreens(dot)com also carries The Creme Shop sheet masks, including the eye masks which I think have been consistently well liked. I don't know whether your points can be applied to online purchases but that is also an option.  Happy Masking!!  🙂

A’PIEU Chocolate Milk Sheet Mask

You know the first thing I did when I opened this is take a big sniff, haha! Sadly it did not smell like chocolate. It was a light, clean and fresh sort of scent– pretty pleasing, just not chocolate, lol! The fit was pretty good, just a little large in length and width. Compared to the other cotton sheet masks I’ve used, I’d say the thickness of this one is pretty average– not the thinnest I’ve used, but also not the thickest. I removed the mask after about 25 minutes and dabbed in the remaining serum. My face looked brighter, felt hydrated, refreshed and after the serum had absorbed, I was left with soft and smooth skin. I was really hoping it would smell like chocolate milk, but the results were good and my skin feels happy, so I call it a win! 😉👍

The scent is a bummer... I love the packaging.  It def makes it seem tasty / fragrant. 

Did you notice anything special about the sheet?  I see the 'air pocket sheet' reference on the side @Shosh85

I would have been a little disappointed about the lack of chocolate scent too @Shosh85, but it’s hard to be mad when the results are good 😄 The packaging of these ones is so fun! ☺️
