Hello Lovelies! As we make our resolutions and check them twice, I thought we could start a skincare version of the Weekly Challenge. Many of us wanted to use more masks, shop our stash and focus on our Skin so hopefully this thread will be an inspiration to do just that. Join us with pictures and comments down below.

Masking Spreadsheet Info

Hello every, @eshoe and I are very happy to present the BIC Masking Challenge Spreadsheet. The idea is to have an easily searchable database of masks and reviews as a reference point when we are considering our next purchase. Data integrity was important to us so instead of everyone inputing data directly into the spreadsheet where theoretically information could be deleted or edited we have the questionnaire. It should take no longer then 1-2 minutes with the option for a more detailed review (which you can copy from your post on this thread).

Remember the idea is not to replace this thread. I personally love reading, commenting and interacting with all you amazing women here and that shouldn’t change. This would just be on top of that. Hopefully the more people that partake in this, the larger database of information we’ll have for reference. It will be extra effort in the beginning but then we would only need to input any new mask we’ve tried.

Since we aren’t allowed to post links, please PM or myself for it. You will also find this information on the original post so you don’t need a database to search for this post!

 Incase you need some help to filter/search results, try this :-

Search Specific Word or Phrase —> Edit -> Find and Replace -> Search Word

Filter/Organize by Columns --> Data -> Create a Filter -> Select Options
 

There are 2 ways to edit a response: 

1) Once you have completed a survey, click on the "Edit Your Response" link on that page. Once this page is closed, the only way to make a change is to:

Choose mask, take picture (with mask on or before), place mask on face, relax and dream of the next Sephora purchase you want to make, remove mask for healthier skin.

@EmmaCram I've used the protini before & I did like that. (So this is my 4th product of DE, whoops!) Did it take a couple of times using it to notice a change?

Yes it definitely did take a little while, not necessarily an instant difference. So I'd say it's a gradual change, but totally worth the end result if you stick with it!! I hope it works for you!

I hope to get at least 3 uses out of my sample @EmmaCram hopefully, that's enough to see. I don't think I'm willing to shell out $80 on a maybe so-so product.😅I only have a jcpenny/Sephora by me & they don't carry alot of the more expensive brands.

@sonnydee I hope you had a nice experience with Babyfacial, I find it tingles quite a bit as well, it has such a high AHA content so I’m not surprised ☺️ Keep us posted on how your skin is feeling and looking after using it 😊 

I’m sorry that you didn’t enjoy the Fresh lip serum, that Bite lip mask is so great though! 😄

I think I screwed up @bakeamuffin 🤣 I wasn't thinking & used tatcha deep cleanse as my wash in the shower so maybe my skin was extra sensitive? I dunno. I only used my if-my-skin-has-issues moisturizer after the DE. Woke up this morning, & no miracles. 😐 everyone raves about this stuff so I was expecting something....the lil bit of texture I got on my lower cheek is still there, maybe a little smoother...but that could be belif. With the coupon were about to get to use this would be the perfect time to get the sample bundle or even a bottle of this but I dunno. I think I like Omorovicza better. and I still haven't tried blue tansy. have you tried this?

Guess my mask! I missed this thread. Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. I've tried this mask 2-3 times now. I enjoy it, but feel more tingling tonight. Likely the change in the weather and my skin is a bit sensitive right now. I also tried the Glow Watermelon Sheet Mask last weekend. I 😍😍😍 it! The best hydration mask yet I've tried. So glad I have another one from a subscription box. I definitely will stock up on those over the winter. The Apple Cider Vinegar is a no. I'll continue to only apply that liquid to my scalp and hair. It felt too much for my face.

I was thinking the alphabet one @Aaliaa to help give more options to participants, too. Sometimes I’m a little stumped and having an extra option would be helpful. I’m going to share my spreadsheet with you once I get it started. I will work to import this year’s so it can just be tweaked  as needed, if that’s ok!

😂 I look like a smurf right? It's Ole Henriksen Cold Plunge. Love for the mornings, but had to throw it on tonight.

Today I used my Mario scrub for some gentle exfoliation before another que Bella, this my favorite one. I have also used this aloe version once before as well, it smells great!! It dries down pretty firm but nor uncomfortably so. After about 15 mins I rinsed it off and my skin is so smooth and feels clean and hydrated like really hydrated for its purpose being deep cleansing (suggested for tzone). This version of the que Bella packet probably has about 1-2 more uses left too!
