February | Winter Love - Whether it's a mask you adore, or something extra-special to care for dry winter skin, this month is for some soothing TLC. |
March | March Madness - Competition is in the air! Find a $ dupe of a $$$ mask that is share-worthy? Or find a dupe that works even better than the original? Details, please! |
April | Spring Fling - Baskets and bouquets, showers of much-anticipated rain...this month's focus is herbal and floral sensory delights. |
May | Dew Drops - May Day lore says to wash your face in the dew you collect in the morning of the first day of May for radiant skin. This month is for absorbing all of that good-for-you H2O. |

Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread, and giving us a place to share our love for masks๐
@Kim888 it was different, the first Iโve tried with such a cheery, vibrant color!
@eshoe, do you know what key ingredient(s) is/are touted by the Nuori mask? Is the OMG mask the same one that @heartsmyface used last year? Or maybe it was the year before last? It all blurs together these days. ๐
@itsfi here is the Nuoriโs ingredient list from Dermstore, where I purchased it. I donโt notice much of a scent, although perfume is listed๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Grape/Vitis Vinifera Fruit Water, Damask Rose/Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Squalane (plant Origin), Pentylene Glycol (plant Origin), Shea/Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Cetyl Alcohol, Avocado Butter/Hydrogenated Avocado Oil, Vitamin B3/Niacinamide, Betaine (plant Origin), Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Glycerin (plant Origin), Apricot/Prunus Armeniaca Kernel Oil, Bisabolol, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Chamomile/Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, Hyaluronic Acid/Sodium Hyaluronate, Water/Aqua, Xanthan Gum, Maltodextrin, Geraniol*, Citronellol*, Sodium Gluconate, Citric Acid, Fragrance/Parfum*.
*From 100% Natural Essential Oils.
I thought someone here used it, but I couldnโt remember who! Maybe it was @heartsmyface, it looks like one she would try:) As a side note, I was expecting this to be hydrogel for some reason...

Origins Clear Improvementโข Charcoal Honey Mask to Purify and Nourish 2.5 oz/ 75 mL
@itsfi curious if you found the Steambase to last as long as the MegRhythm.
@eshoe, I may have fallen asleep ๐ด before I could check. Oops. Sorry. ๐ฌ It felt like the Steambase one took longer to warm up though.
@itsfi I'm not a big fan of these interactive masks either, but I do enjoy these! The honey one is definitely my favorite ๐ฏ
I have one of those Steambase eye masks I've been waiting to try, so the comparison to the Megrhythm ones is helpful!
Oh yes, the honey one is really nice, I agree @Shosh85! ๐ฏ Iโd love to hear your thoughts on the Steambase Steam Mask. I have another and will give it a go just to make sure this one wasnโt a fluke.
@itsfi you're reminding me to pull out a steam eye mask for my bedside table, and my eyes will thank you tonight! I'm always so torn on these oozoo masks. I kinda like that the interaction is low and it's all done in the pouch (no need to bowls and mixing spoons etc) but I never seem to get all of the oil out of the blister pack, and I wonder if I've massaged it long enough or well enough to have it permeate the entire mask. This sure is a nice one though, solid theming!
Yes @missjeanie!!! I keep a handful of these steam eye masks on my nightstand, along with the various lip balms / masks and sleeping masks, and now oils. Ha! The blister packs are what get me every time. There's always a few interactive masks that go awry because I can't pop open the packet to release the serum or oil and the packet looks mangled by the time I finish trying. Or, I have had it happen on a couple of occasions that poof, I popped the packet, but not into the space with the mask . . . and now the serum is running down the counter...table ... my arm. Hahaha!
mmmmmhmmmm @itsfi I was nodding along while reading. lol. We should do a thread of 'whats on your nightstand?' I looked at mine the other day and had the same thing, sleeping masks, lip balms, lip masks, a few sprays. Oil to come!
@missjeanie, you should do it!! Tag me!
I've not used that origins honey charcoal mask @itsfi I do have it in my loves list to try after I get through some already opened products ๐
@lmaster, I completely get that! I like the Origins mask because the charcoal does a nice job of clearing out the junk in my skin but it doesn't dry it out, thanks to the honey. Super helpful when my skin is combo, which with the stay at home last year, my skin felt like it was some form of combo or another on any given day. lol. If you do get around to using it, would love to know your thoughts. Or if there's a similar type mask you like, would love to know that too.
Good to know!! @itsfi Im not sure if I've ever used anything like this, I'll have to check out the ingredients and think about that ๐
The mask sounds great @itsfi ! Interactive ones can define hit or miss for distribution of serum but this sounds like it was a winner
Have you tried this one or any of the interactive ones from The Oozoo before @Kim888?
@itsfi maybe? Nothing sticks out it my mind but I think of the Holika Holika tea ones and sometimes itโs hard to get an even distribution on those without really massaging them
Hahaha! ๐ I completely understand โmaybe?โ @Kim888. Sometimes certain sheet masks all sort of blur together.
O is for +OneC Hydrogel Face Mask
+OneC Hydrogel Face Mask is a thin 2-piece hydrogel that adheres very well. I can experience some slipping and sliding with hydrogel but that was not the case here. Fit, too, was really good all around. I only had to make the slightest of adjustments to the inner corner of the eye openings. The mask claims to rejuvenate and nourish skin and that it does. My skin has been extremely dry and irritated of late and this mask both soothed it and gave it the TLC that it needed. I would happily repurchase this but for the fact that it contains an ingredient that I'm looking to avoid and that I hadn't realized was there until I did a translation of the inci list after using the mask. @lmaster, you will not want to try this mask.

On a lighter note, your notebook is beautiful!
