Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, fit, adherence, mask type (hydrating, brightening, exfoliating, detox, sleeping, etc.) as well as your overall experience.

Most importantly: Would you repurchase it?

Second most important: Have fun and merry masking!

Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread, and giving us a place to share our love for masksπŸ’—

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

@missjeanie, the MILK lip balm has a subtle lavender scent to it. You know I love me my lip balms. Even so, I don’t usually repurchase a lip balm (mainly because I already have a healthy amount lol) unless it’s for a gift, but I would repurchase this one, as a gift for myself and for others. πŸ˜ƒ It is a very photogenic lip mask as well as being one that absorbs quickly and hydrates my lips. It’s less thick and tacky than the Laneige lip masks. I have both on my nightstand and it’s typically this or the Laneige that I use right before calling it a night.

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi  It’s exactly your love of balms that pushed me to ask about this one. I knew you’d have a good comparison! I’m currently alternating my night time balm between the old version of the bite lip mask (my favourite), the Mamonde lip mask, and the bkr. I do still have my original leneige on my night stand, but at this point it’s more of a relic that I keep around for postΓ©ritΓ©s sake. This one for me just never lived up to the hype. I’m thinking since the milk ranks so highly for you and my affinity for the brand has been growing.... I’m gonna need it. Lol

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi That is trippy looking.

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

I know right @Samtian?! I haven’t seen other sheet masks looking like this. Interestingly, it also had a slightly tacky/sticky feeling to it, which I don’t usually get from a sheet mask after it’s dry. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi huh, that sure is interesting!

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

How was the slip against your skin, @itsfi? For some of the more gel-like biocellulose I feel like sometimes that's the biggest difference for me- the bio is usually snug and adheres like a second skin while a hydrogel has a bit more slip to it. It does feel like there's a wide variety in what gets called biocellulose across masks!

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

Excellent point and question @quspork! πŸ˜ƒ This was a little slippery to work with which adds more to the β€œthis feels more like a hydrogel mask” position, but it’s not as slippery as some hydrogels I’ve used. I hadn’t thought of the expansiveness of the β€œbio-cellulose” category; that’s a really good call.

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi that sounds really nice in terms of results! I agree, it looks more like a gel mask to me!

Re: Mask of the Week Challenge

The results from both the KNC Beauty masks I’ve tried have been good @Kim888, always a plus. πŸ˜ƒ

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

F is for Fresh, Firming, and Fruity. Surprise, surprise an SNP mask that is awesome? Love the sloppy jelly serum. The scent is... I don’t know, its nice but i can’t pick out the strawberry, coconut, watermelon, or persimmon. But maybe that is how they sorta smell all together. It’s a light scent. Super plumping. Says 10-20 minutes. I left it on closer to 30 and smoothed the rest over all the tattoos. Pretty sure this came from motm. Thanks whoever put it in the bag!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge
