Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@emaisgr8 glad to hear you like these eye masks. I have been wanting to try because I've heard they help with puffiness.

2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

My drugstore mask this week a warming mask by Kit from Rexall. I got it as a free sample when I was buying a few things a week ago. Free sample and face mask... I was not going to say no to that! It was not bad, but not great. It was runny and stayed that way the whole 12 minutes I left it on my face. I was also surprised by the colour. It did feel good on my face. A nice warming effect as I massaged on my face. It didn't irritate my skin which is always a plus for me, and my skin doesn't feel tight or dried out as it normally does after some masks and cleansers. There is a lot left in the packet and I'll use it again, but likely won't purchase. I just didn't like how runny it was.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@ladyassassin A@is just love the warming masks. Thanks for the warning on this one though, Iโ€™m not big on runny masks.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

This sounds like an interesting one, @ladyassassin. Sorry to hear the consistency of it is too runny, but it seems pretty nice otherwise.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@ladyassassin this sounds like a cool mask!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@ladyassassin  I love warming face masks! Too bad it was runny, but it sounds great otherwise! Have you tried any other warming face masks?

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@Shosh85 the only other warming mask I've tried is the Farmacy Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask 4.1 oz/ 117 g which I love.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@ladyassassin  I agree, Honey Potion is wonderful! Definitely a top favorite for me too! ๐Ÿฏ

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@ladyassassin, it looks like they give you a lot of product in that package! Iโ€™m with you on this one - the warming from the mask sounds nice but the runny consistency would probably make it a pass for me as well.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

Many ๐Ÿ’•โ€˜s of gratitude to @sonnydee for alerting me to this mask (set)๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’—

Spoiler
The Farmacy Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask 1.7 oz/ 50 g is an easy love and will likely be until itโ€™s no longer available. The anticipation for the Kocostar mask was huge!! I wanted to try the Ice Cream but chose Honey to stay on task.

texture: true โ€˜waffleโ€™ and thick, too.
fit: exceptionally well, considering how thick the cotton is. no snips required, eye openings adequately spaced
serum: sooooo much. I thought while packing it on that there had to be some mistake-no way was this an ounce of serum. And yes-on the package it clearly states that itโ€™s closer to 1-1/2 ounces (1.4). It is a true gel and doesnโ€™t drip drip all over, love that about this. With the waffle weave, the extra serum was easy to pat on and make the most of๐Ÿฅฐ
scent: yum, seriously sweet honey.
tack: a little? Not much. Not enough to note, anyway.
Would I buy again? Ugh, I donโ€™t even want to try the others because this one was such a fun experience! But I have Maple, Ice Cream, Strawberry and Blueberry left. Thanks sonnydee for sharing these on one of your hauls, what a great find!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

It was deliciously good, @missjeanie! Canโ€™t wait to try more๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿฅฐ

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@eshoe Ooh I'm going go look those up!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

They are good, @Samtian - the โ€˜flavorsโ€™ are pretty appealing, too!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

@eshoe Did you see the foot and leg mask?! Someone needs to try that lol.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

I don't think I've ever heard of a leg mask before. Interesting @Samtian!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II

Hmm..not sure I'd have one as part of my regular routine @Samtian but like the butt mask, I may have to try it for science ๐Ÿ˜

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge - PART II
