Hello Lovelies! As we make our resolutions and check them twice, I thought we could start a skincare version of the Weekly Challenge. Many of us wanted to use more masks, shop our stash and focus on our Skin so hopefully this thread will be an inspiration to do just that. Join us with pictures and comments down below.

Masking Spreadsheet Info

Hello every, @eshoe and I are very happy to present the BIC Masking Challenge Spreadsheet. The idea is to have an easily searchable database of masks and reviews as a reference point when we are considering our next purchase. Data integrity was important to us so instead of everyone inputing data directly into the spreadsheet where theoretically information could be deleted or edited we have the questionnaire. It should take no longer then 1-2 minutes with the option for a more detailed review (which you can copy from your post on this thread).

Remember the idea is not to replace this thread. I personally love reading, commenting and interacting with all you amazing women here and that shouldn’t change. This would just be on top of that. Hopefully the more people that partake in this, the larger database of information we’ll have for reference. It will be extra effort in the beginning but then we would only need to input any new mask we’ve tried.

Incase you need some help to filter/search results, try this :-

Search Specific Word or Phrase —> Edit -> Find and Replace -> Search Word

Filter/Organize by Columns --> Data -> Create a Filter -> Select Options

There are 2 ways to edit a response:

1) Once you have completed a survey, click on the "Edit Your Response" link on that page. Once this page is closed, the only way to make a change is to:

Wow lots of great masking here, @GalPalVal17! You know, I actually prefer the Watrmelon mask as a wash-off mask. When I leave it on overnight. It pills and is kinda messy. Good thing you noticed, so you could give your skin the hydration it needed before going to bed. I have a foil of that PTR, I need to take it out and use it, thanks for the reminder;)

@GalPalVal17, the Sand & Sky mask sounds like a nice mask - loved hearing that your skin gel hydrated after using it. 😃 I’ve been reading some good things about that brand from other BIC members as well and will have to try out some of their products soon.

I went through a full size jar of that Sand & Sky Mask and really enjoyed it! It did dry me out a bit, but it definitely made my skin super soft and smooth!

They really should design that Sephora Sleeping mask so that it can be resealed – there are so many uses in that pod! When I had it, I used tape to seal it then put it in a ziploc bag to make sure it stayed fresh!

Animalz Reindeer mask

This was actually a gift I purchased at Target but George decided to chew on it 😺 Since it was leaking serum after losing a battle with George I decided to just give it a shot!

The fit was kind of small compared to other sheet masks but nothing bad per say. The reindeer print was SO CUTE! But, sadly, the formula did nothing for me. The mask dried up after about 10 min and my skin felt pretty dry afterward.

Oozoo Shot mask & ORIGINS - Clear Improvement® Active Charcoal Mask to Clear Pores

Deep cleaned with the Origins and was SO excited to try out the Oozoo mask that @eshoe sent over. The mask is one of those funny, “do these steps before you mask!” masks. Of course, I’m not sure if the steps before actually do anything BUT THAT DOESNT MATTER BECAUSE THIS MASK IS AMAZING. Ugh. It felt like a creamy, beautiful, blanket on my skin. It was cooling and soothing and my skin was so happy afterward. The mask does feel pretty heavy with all the serum so I’d recommend using this guy while laying down. Yay, sooooo happy you liked that Oozoo mask, @scott1201!!! That’s my second favorite, only because I looooove the rose scent of the other one;) I just about picked up one of those animal masks yesterday but decided against it. Glad I did, sounds like it wasn’t that great.

Maybe next year we can have an Oozoo week🤔

Sorry the MasqueBar reindeer mask was a let down! It’s cute though @scott1201 ! The OOZOO mask sounds so great! @eshoe sent me the same one to try , thanks for your review! Now I know to use it while lying down ! 😉

@scott1201 I tried the Tiger from the Animalz line and had the same results you did! I do think the illustrations on these are pretty cute though!! You are one seriously adorable reindeer! 😍👍

That Oozoo mask sounds fantastic! It seems all Oozoo mask reviews I've read have all been positive! I know the couple I've tried have been great! 👌🤗

Mask of the night! First time using this but as long it played nice with my skin, not my last. As long as you are ok with eucalyptus you'll be ok with this smell. The smell is pretty strong & not just the eucalyptus.The serum is gel-like & pretty thick but soaked in surprisingly quick. ok fit, (all have been pretty long in the chin.) The mask itself is pretty thin/sheer. Skin was glow y & hydrated. Pores looked a little tighter but no dramatic change. Skin was just a tad bit tacky but I wanted to call it a night so I choose to use a lightweight moisturizer. overall a good experience
