Hello Lovelies! As we make our resolutions and check them twice, I thought we could start a skincare version of the Weekly Challenge. Many of us wanted to use more masks, shop our stash and focus on our Skin so hopefully this thread will be an inspiration to do just that. Join us with pictures and comments down below.

Masking Spreadsheet Info

Hello every, @eshoe and I are very happy to present the BIC Masking Challenge Spreadsheet. The idea is to have an easily searchable database of masks and reviews as a reference point when we are considering our next purchase. Data integrity was important to us so instead of everyone inputing data directly into the spreadsheet where theoretically information could be deleted or edited we have the questionnaire. It should take no longer then 1-2 minutes with the option for a more detailed review (which you can copy from your post on this thread).

Remember the idea is not to replace this thread. I personally love reading, commenting and interacting with all you amazing women here and that shouldn’t change. This would just be on top of that. Hopefully the more people that partake in this, the larger database of information we’ll have for reference. It will be extra effort in the beginning but then we would only need to input any new mask we’ve tried.

Since we aren’t allowed to post links, please PM or myself for it. You will also find this information on the original post so you don’t need a database to search for this post!

 Incase you need some help to filter/search results, try this :-

Search Specific Word or Phrase —> Edit -> Find and Replace -> Search Word

Filter/Organize by Columns --> Data -> Create a Filter -> Select Options
 

There are 2 ways to edit a response: 

1) Once you have completed a survey, click on the "Edit Your Response" link on that page. Once this page is closed, the only way to make a change is to:

2) PM @Aaliaa or @eshoe to make the change directly in the response spreadsheet

Each week there will be a new Masking Challenge posted. It will range from type of mask, brand specific week or fun challenges along the way.

Choose mask, take picture (with mask on or before), place mask on face, relax and dream of the next Sephora purchase you want to make, remove mask for healthier skin.

I masked today. I started with Farmacy New day Exfoliating grains,its quite like Tatcha rice exfoliator but half the price. Then I honey Potion'd...how I love theeeee. I rinsed after 20 mins and put my winky luxe matcha lip balm on (it smells sooo good, like coconut, matcha, vanilla) and put honey savior on my forehead, its rather dry for some reason.

Oh awesome masks @GG84! I have wanted the Matcha lip balm for a while but have some many and I'm trying to be good. I love all thing matcha!

 You seriously have to just splurge! It's the most intoxicating scent. It's not super heavy on the Matcha, it's a mix of Matcha, Coconut, Vanilla...it's incredibly hydrating without feeling like you have anything on your lips.

Kicking myself for not picking up that Matcha balm earlier, @GG84😖 Just on the sidelines over here, sounds like it’s great of course! I settled for the one with the yellow or green flower, we’ll see when it arrives. Really wanted that one though, lucky you- enjoy:)

Noticed there is a watermelon one too, but that’s OOS as well. The matcha one, I will wait patiently for it to be back in stock @GG84! Thanks for your tip on this one. I love balms😉

I have the Winky Lux watermelon balm - it's a pH activated color changing balm. I've only worn it twice but so far, I like it.

Is it similar in consistency to Lipstick Queen’s Frog Prince, @itsfi?

The consistency is different than LQ Frog Prince. I feel like LQ Frog Prince feels like a lipstick when applied whereas the Winky Lux watermelon feels more like a balm, a solid jelly-ish balm.

@GG84 Oooh, all of this looks fantastic!! That Honey Potion is amazing! I really love using that and the Honey Savior in the winter when my skin is especially dry – it is sooo good and really helps hydrate and soothe!👌

I have a few Winky Luxe lippies but haven't heard of this one! I'll have to check it out – it sounds great! 👍🤗

This masking session just puts a smile on my face. Honey Potion is fabulous and I just finished a foil sample of the Honey Savior and OMG, loooove! 🍯😍 I placed an order a couple nights ago for the Winky Lux Matcha lip balm 🍵 and after reading your thoughts on it, I’m even more excited for it to arrive!! Looks like the only thing from your photo I haven’t tried is the exfoliating product. Hmmm... 🤔 I guess I know what I’ll be looking into this weekend! 😉

 It's AMAZING!!! It's not goopy or heavy, I barely feel like I have any on when I apply it until I touch my lips and they are sooooo soft and smooth.

Its incredibly soothing for dry skin in the winter, @lmaster. Samples pop up I would grab one when you see it!
