Looking for a cream or lotion or other hydrating face treatment

Trying to find a good recommendation for a face cream or lotion or other product. Something that's light, absorbs quickly, doesn't leave a greasy feel, can be worn over toner or without, can be used with combination skin, and sensitive skin, can be worn under makeup, or without.

Anyone have any recommendations?

I use Laneige : water Bank, Hydro Essence, as a usual treatment (after belif aqua bomb hydrating toner) but I'm looking for something just an itsy bit heavier duty, while staying in those ranges, but I really can't stand anything tacky or that doesn't absorb quickly.
