Leg Lotion

Is there anything I can put on my legs after I shave to make them feel smooth and does something to my leg hairs so it don't grow back fast? Not looking for oily lotion. I do have sensitive skin.

i mean it doesn't stop hair from growing or slow the process but aveeno daily moisturizing lotion is great…
