Laneige Cream Skin works great but makes my skin itch and burn. Can anyone recommend a dupe?

Hi everyone. So I recently purchased LANEIGE Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer 5.0 oz/ 150 mL #. I love how hydrated and moisturized it makes my skin feel. But I think I may be sensitive to it like I am to so many products. It makes my face itch and burn. I have extremely dry skin that is prone to eczema. I'm looking for a super hydrating and moisturizing toner that I can use before my serum and moisturizer that feels like this but won't irritate. Any suggestions? Thanks

@rottenrope the I'm From Rice toner i found to be really similar in hydration and texture as the laneige cream skin toner.
