Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii

Hey all - looking for some good skincare tips and products for managing 

Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii, not on any part of my body except my face, so only looking for face products. It really shows up only on my cheeks as well. I am in my 30's and my skin is also super dry and red! Any help appreciated 🙂

Lactic acid is really good for this and the ordinary toner also helps a lot. I have keratosis Pilaris on my arms and those products helped me clear it up.
