Itchy red face

Anyone know what this red bumps on my face? Is it acne? It is itchy and I kept getting this after washing my face. Don’t know what product can get rid of this. 

My face wash: YTTP cleanser and Kiehl face wash 

My moisturizer: YTTP Spinich kale face cream and sometime I use Belif at night for extra hydration.

any ideas?

This might not be helpful but I just read about some of the YTTP products being irritating to people with fungal acne, causing it to flare up and itch. Their cleanser didn’t work well with my skin either so I had to toss it....

Just YTTP face cleanser and cream. 😓 

it is supposed be good for all skin type.

Unfortunately any product can cause a negative reaction in some people, @Aqua01. I'd discontinue use of the YTTP products immediately.

If it's itchy, it sounds like an allergic reaction to something, @Aqua01. Have you started any of these products recently?
