Is the Consonant Maximum Glycolic Meta Serum a dupe for DE Framboos?

I have a mini of DE's TLC Framboos serum and after some thought, I've decided that it's truly a helpful product and that I really want the full-size version. However, I'm struggling to commit to its hefty price tag. I saw that Consonant Skincare has a glycolic serum with a similar percentage of glycolic acid, and some of the reviews are calling it a dupe. At $60, it's still way more affordable, but I'd hate to waste my money on a so-called dupe that in no way performs similarly to Framboos. DRUNK ELEPHANT - T.L.C. Framboos™ Glycolic Night Serum
