Is Dermalmd Blemish serum really natural? Review

It's 4th time in 3 months, that I have to use Dermalmd blemish serum as I had a breakout and within two days all my acne were gone. I just want to know that does this serum really contains natural ingredients and is it good for the skin on the basis of long-term use... Are there any side effects? Other users of Dermalmd please do answer, this is the 1st time I am using a product of this brand. Till now every time I use this product I have an acne free face and my skin remains healthy.. free from side effects. So please suggest should I continue to use this product or not.

hi Laura, I also use this product and yes I think it contains only natural ingredients. And about side effects I am using it for a very long time and my skin is doing great and there's 0% damage so not to worry this product won't do any harm to your face.
