I really have acne problem this days, does anyone have any product recommendations for fast and healthy treatment?

@ezelintoronto  Your fastest healthiest option is to see a board certified dermatologist or your primary care doctor. They can figure out which type of acne you have and recommend a personalized treatment plan. Example: for cystic acne, cortisone shots are  probably the fastest treatment, and you’ll need to see a doc for those. 

Otherwise, the usual over-the-counter go-tos for acne are benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid (BHA), and adapalene (a retinoid available OTC). Have you tried any products that contain one of those ingredients?
