I need a good eye serum!

I have dark circles under my eyes. I have little fine lines that also appear some days when I don't sleep enough. Smiley Sad

I'm sixteen years old though. Can anyone recommend a good eye serum to fight and prevent premature-aging, please? I'd rather start this early than late. Budget foreye serum: $40

EDIT: However they don't get puffy unless I'm sick or something.

BQ: Does eye cream have to go on every day. If so once a day or twice a day.

Clinique All About Eyes Rich is $29 a bottle and works on lightening dark circles while moisturizing your eye area at the same time.  You can use it up to twice daily, but you can use it just at bedtime if you don't want to use it during the day.  However, if you notice your dark circles not lightening up then I''d start using it twice daily.  You can read all about it at:  http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P174502&categoryId=B70

I hope this helps you. 🙂

At 16, unless your skin is unusually dry, be careful with eye creams.  If they are too rich they could cause the formation of tiny white bumps under the skin, which are hard to get rid of.  That being said the best thing you can do for the long term is to use an eye cream with SPF: Clarins has a nice one.
