One of the most effective products I have used (which I actually bought after it was suggested for fine lines) is Ole Henriksen's Ultimate Lift Eye Gel (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P42344&categoryId=C19980). I keep it in the refrigerator, per the Sephora associate's recommendation, and it's very refreshing and soothing.

You can use it night or day, but a word of caution: it's sticky! If you use any more than a tiny amount in the morning, it will leave a tacky film under your eyes (not so great for applying other products!). It's also not moisturizing or good for fine lines (I thought), so if these are concerns, you might want to use another product instead of, or in addition to this one.
