I got contact dermatitis around my eyes

I recently purchased the OLEHENRIKSEN Truth Serum® 1.7 oz/ 50 mL and the Origins GinZing™ Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff 0.5 oz/ 15 mL and i got a really bad reaction around my eyes. Can i return it ? I bought it online. I want to return them both because i can’t figure out which one did it but either way they both kind of burned when i put them on.
