@Iviy I'd be careful with this web site if I were you.  A lot of scientists and doctors have recommended staying away from the site as it overstates the 'bad' nature of some ingredients.  I'd suggest doing some reading about the site, from other reputable sources.  Of course, still up to you if you feel those ingredients aren't for you. Just a suggestion for some reading as the site has received much criticism.
