Highlighter/Glow product without glitter and scent?

Looking at the Becca spray highlighter (forgot name) but am reading in reviews that it's very scented. A little bit of scent is okay but too much and I can feel my face start melting. I am super fair and need something for pale skin.

Most highlighters have glitter in them and I hate glitter! Wanting a glowy, "I drink tons of water a day" effect and not a strobe or glittery look.

Ilia just came out with a highlighter and bronzer. Not available on here yet but I was able to get it on their site.
