Help with my skin!

I have really large pores and my skin is looking so rough! Does anyone have suggestions, or have been through the same thing and found solutions?

1. If you take hot/warm shower or baths, take cold water on a small washcloth and hold down on the different parts of your face with enlarged pores. I actually do this nightly and anytime I exercise or use a face mask, I feel like it really helps close up the pores over time.

2. A non-natural option is to go see a derma and get a peel or skin treatment (they usually recommend other treatments based on their assessment), that help smooth down the skin.

3. While you are waiting for your pores to shrink, using a blurring primer (like the one from Benefit cosmetics: porefessional) is great for hiding and smoothing out the surface of your skin.

I would recommend seeing an aesthetican for chemical peel treatments. Exfoliation 1-3 times per week will help and get on a retinol. I also noticed that wearing face makeup can actually make your pores appear larger.

I didn't notice your skin concerns because I was too busy looking at your gorgeous, fluttery lashes. Are you even wearing mascara? I'm jealous!

Anyways, for skin with rough texture and large pores, look for products that are exfoliating since they will smooth your skin's texture. I recommend investing in a serum with ingredients like glycolic acid. I really love the Drunk Elephant T.L.C Framboos Glycolic Night Serum. It has 12 percent AHA/BHA to resurface your skin.
