I’m new to the makeup scene. I’d like a decent and affordable eye primer along with some deep gold like tones for my mocha complexion. Is anyone willing to help me? I’d be very appreciate.

@Jonellj17  I really think the SEPHORA COLLECTION Beauty Amplifier Eye Shadow Primer 0.20 oz/ 5.8 mL is the best budget option there is. I've used Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Original and NARS Pro-Prime™ Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base Original and this performs basically the same for half the price. It's a clear shade, but being a mayosapien I can't say if it leaves a cast. The Nars one has some other shades and works super well but is also far pricier

Try either the  Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Originalor SMASHBOX - 24 Hour Photo Finish Shadow Primer their both great. A good pallete brand would be Urban decay or Anastasia.
