Has anyone tried Derma Rollers?

I have some acne scaring and uneven skin tone and I wanted to try using a derma roller to see if it helps! Has anyone used and actually had results with derma rolling?! If so which roller do you have?

I've been derma rolling for the last year and have noticed improvements in hyper pigmentation and wrinkles.  I use the Ora Roller and I think I bought it on amazon.  A few things, be sure to sanitize it before and after every use, and be careful with what you apply after rolling.  People have had very bad reactions and granulomas after using vitamin c products and ones with fragrance after derma rolling.  Hope this helps!
