if you check ingredients this vitamins look good. zinc , selenium, copper , magnese are good together and you can see positive effect. I was taking zinc , selenium and copper during my acne treatment and it really helped to improve my skin ( vitamins were recommended by dermatologists). I'm not sure if herb content gives any real effect ( after all it's called suppliment ). price is outrageous for amount you are getting. if you go to iherb / vatamin shop i bet you can buy zink + copper combo , selenium, magnese and some herb suppliment all 4 for 30-35$ . if money doesn't matter hum is a good choice in my opinion. but also dont forget to ask your doctor If it's ok to take all those minerals in case you are taking any medication.

@sarahj0943 I’ve been taking these supplements everyday for some months now and my body does not feel the same when I miss a pill! It makes me feel clean and empty (if you know what I mean) and doesn’t make me go to the bathroom like I feared it would. I would highly recommend you try them out!
