HELP - TONER SUGGESTIONS???

I’m looking for a new toner, as it’s the one thing missing from my skincare regime. I’m looking for one that is ALCOHOL FREE and non-drying. I also have a nut allergy and cannot use any skincare products that contain nut ingredients. I am a student, so the more affordable the better. My skin is typically normal. When I have used toners containing alcohol in the past they have really dried out my skin and caused me to break out. I generally just get hormonal acne on my chin area, so any toners to help reduce/prevent acne would be great as well!
