@vickyboo I wish there was an easy answer to this question lol! But for me, the big steps that directly lead to a glowing complexion are an exfoliator of some sort (I use a combination of Exfolikate cleanser, honeymoon glow serum, and Biossance's glycolic tratment as needed), an essence or hydrating serum (Drunk elephant Hydra-B, BELIF Hungarian Essence, and really every other hydrating serum or essence has worked wonders) followed by an emollient moisturizer to lock everything in and support the lipid barrier, a facial oil will also give a luminosity that is hard to match- I like the biossance line (tea tree and roseoils) and I enjoyed Fresh's face oil but I've heard great things about sunday riley, herbivore, and others
