Fresh black tea kombucha essence

Hi I just got the fresh black tea kombucha essence and when I took it out of the box, I noticed there are some stuff floating inside. The bottle is still sealed, so I’m wondering if that’s normal? Thanks in advance!

I contacted Fresh’s customer service after buying it and seeing it in mine. they said it is a known thing they working on but the product itself is fine to use. I assume they are only working on it because I’ve seen a lot of people say they’ve returned theirs after seeing the floating stuff.

Have you ever seen a bottle of kombucha at the grocery store? It has fermented bacteria in it in clumps. My assumption would be that the toner would as well hence "kombucha".
