Fresh Black Tea Kombucha Essence

Hi friends! I bought the fresh black tea gift set during the spring sale but the essence seems to have milky white bits suspended in the solution. It’s my first time with this product - is this normal? Can I use the product or should I try and exchange? Thanks!!

Return item for sure. I had same problem with 3 different gift sets and it broke my skin out. Sephora rep's said ewe...! Upon return in store.

OMG!!! I purchased the bundle set and I have the same issue. 3 sets of returns were like that. I normally buy just the essence but wanted to try firming cream and mask. I noticed that after opening item it just got worse with the curdled look. I tried using and my skin started breaking out after use, which has never happened with this product before. I finally just switched and ordered another SK-II essence set. I used SK-II & Caudalie essence that I also have on hand and love and within a day my skin cleared of breakouts. I returned one of the sets to store and they were like ewe...what is floating in bottle?? Should not look like that! But I would really like to know if this is a bad batch, because I do love this item in my skincare lineup. Sephora tried calling vendor but couldn't get an answer

@NatCS90  I’ve used several bottles of this, and have never had that. That being said, maybe your batch came from the bottom of a production vat, and you have some of the kombucha “mother” floating in it. That wouldn’t affect the product at all if that’s the case.
