Fine Lines and Wrinkles on Neck

I'm 23 and I have fine lines and wrinkles on my neck. Thanks, tech neck!

Does anyone have any suggestions on a serum, oil, or moisturizer that could help?

For further reference, I have oily skin and I've dealt with pretty severe acne in the past. Right now, I have my facial regimen down to manage acne and I recently added in a vitamin C serum to help with the dark spots, redness, and scars left over. And I got Drunk Elephant C-Tango™ Vitamin C Eye Cream 0.5 oz/ 15 mL for under my eyes as well.
