THE ORDINARY - Granactive Retinoid 2% in Squalane

I like this one. They also have a weaker strength available on their website. 

If you're asking because you tried one and had a bad reaction to it, that's actually pretty normal and it takes your skin some time to get used to it. When I first started using it my skin went through a stage where it got more red and produced more oil than normal.
