Face cleanser that doesn't foam and won't strip skin?

I have been having trouble finding a good cleanser that won't dry me out.

What about a foam that gives a soft clean that doesn't strip your skin?  I like the CAUDALIE - Instant Foaming Cleanser.  The texture is like a foaming soap and it's super gentle with a clean, sweet scent that isn't over powering like some of their other products.  

Something else I'm really into is the belif Aqua Bomb Hydrating Jelly Cleanser 5.41 oz/ 160 mL.  Like the Fresh Soy cleanser, this is mild and doesn't strip.  UNLIKE the Fresh cleanser, this one 'sticks' to your hand and doesn't fall out as easily when you first squirt some out and want to spread it evenly in both palms.  With the Fresh, I always manage to drop a glop of it.

When my skin feels particularly dry I go for my Drunk Elephant Pekee Bar. It leaves me feeling clean without being parched. On a budget, go for cetaphil cleanser. For makeup removal prior to face washing I recommend micellar water, gets all the gunk off without stripping.

Definitely agree with the Fresh-Soy Cleanser option. My other favourite is the It-Confidence in a Cleanser. Both are a more milky texture which doesn’t strip all of the moisture from your face like a foaming cleanser.

@brixxmimi  The one I use each morning and most nights is Paula’s Choice Hydralight One Step Cleanser. It’s a hydrating low-lather cleanser that never strips my dry zones, yet thoroughly cleans my oily zone.
