Eye cream for day or night? with SPF?

I'm thinking about starting to use an eye cream. I'm 26 with fair, oily/combination skin. I've been noticing fine lines around my eyes recently. In my daily routine I use an SPF in the morning all over my face. I'm wondering if I should use an eye cream with SPF during the day (I'm not outside much, just the car ride to work... and it has been dark lately) or if I should use one at night.

I'm considering Clinique All About Eyes or Clarins Sun Wrinkle Control Eye Contour Care SPF 30.

Thanks!

Yes I agree with the poster who mentions getting sun exposure while in the car driving, I have noticed damage from the sun on the left side of my face.  The Clarins eye cream with SPF is very good, and wearing sunglasses helps as well.

You should absolutely use a sunscreen on your entire face, including your eye area even if you are just out in the sun driving in a car.  Sun exposure is the number one cause of pre-mature aging.  I would definitely go for the Clarins Sun Wrinkle Control Eye Contour Care SPF 30.  Clarins has a great skincare line.

I hope this helps you.  Smiley Happy

I'm 25, and started noticing the same thing... I've been using Dior's eye cream (It came in a kit with a full size eye cream, mini face moisturizer, and some kind of moisturizing gel), and I love it. I think it's SPF 20. It's great for the sensitive skin around your eyes, and even helps makeup go on smoother. Hope this helps 🙂

I am 28 and I just purchased Cliniques intensive under eye cream. It works great, especially for underneath concealer to help  it glide right over. Obviously nothing is a miracle worker or will permanently erase wrinkles but this is certainly very helpful!
