@alee702 I like FAB Retinol Serum for beginners due to the .25% retinol concentration.  If you want something without retinol, try CeraVe.  Good luck!

If it's available to you try the Energizing, Anti-Puffiness, Anti-Aging Eye Contour Care with Clementine Cells from Bio-Beaute, I tried it and enjoyed it very much. 

You could also try the Prevage Eye Ultra Protection Anti-Aging Moisturiser with SPF 15 which I hear good things about.
