Everything about Scrubs

Let's talk about everything scrubs!  There are so many different kinds of exfoliators out there; body, face, lip, feet & hair. Once I started using scrubs all over, I noticed a big improvement in my skin from head to toe. Regular exfoliation is important to slough off the dead skin cells as they come to the surface. Our skin has a life cycle of approximately 28 days, by the time skin gets to the surface, it needs to be exfoliated. I try to use my scrubs once a week. It's important to note - *do not use body scrubs on your face*. There are different scrubs for different parts of your body for a reason 😉.

Body Scrubs 

I love a gritty coffee scrub but I've recently been liking the Herbivore Coco Rose Exfoliating Body Scrub 8 oz/ 237 mL (and the rose scent isn't too overwhelming which is great for me, although I do want to try other scents) 

Scalp Scrubs 

I love the Briogeo Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-exfoliating Scalp Scrub Shampoo as a more gentle scrub and the Christophe Robin Purifying Scalp Scrub with Sea Salt 8.4 oz/ 250 mL for a bit more intense scrub (I only use this biweekly). @TeamBIC have me the chance to try the SEPHORA COLLECTION Hair Cleansing Scrub 6.76 oz/ 200 mL and I've been really liking it but I've only tried 2x (I also use it biweekly). 

Face Scrubs 

I definitely prefer a chemical exfoliation for my face. Very occasionally I use the philosophy The Microdelivery Exfoliating Facial Wash. 

Lip Scrubs 

I love the ILIA Balmy Nights Lip Scrub 0.14 oz/ 4 g because I like a stick formula rather than a pot formula.

I prefer chemical exfoliators over what I would consider a scrub, but I absolutely love Christophe Robin Purifying Scalp Scrub with Sea Salt 8.4 oz/ 250 mL 

It leaves my scalp so clean and refreshed, and my hair always feels softer after using that scrub.
